We charge upon consumption for all beverages.

For groups of 12 or more, we ask that menu selections be made in advance from one of our 6Smith Private Dining Menus. All menu selections and event details must be finalized by noon, 7 business days prior to your event.

Menu selections and pricing may change based on availability. Pricing is guaranteed beginning 30 days prior to your event date.

To give our culinary and events teams plenty of time to prepare for your gathering, we ask that all menu selections, setup details, layouts, timing, and other event information be submitted by the deadline above.

If we have not received the information needed to finalize your Event Order by the deadline, a $500 late submission fee will apply. Once the deadline has passed, any additional revisions—including changes to menu selections, setup, layout, or timing—are subject to a $500 change fee per revision.

Ceremonies & Day-of Coordination
We’re happy to host your ceremony as part of your event! A $1,500 ceremony service fee applies.

While our 6Smith events team will oversee all food, beverage, and venue services, we do not provide wedding coordination. Events including a ceremony are required to hire a professional day-of coordinator, at the host’s expense, to be on-site throughout the ceremony and manage ceremony-specific details, timing, vendors, and transitions.

Room Transitions
If your event requires the space to be transitioned from one setup to another, a $1,000 room transition service fee applies. This may include transitions such as changing from a ceremony setup to a reception layout or from a seated dinner to a welcome party setup.

We welcome personal touches to make your event your own! All decorations must be approved in advance by the Events Manager.

Guests are responsible for the setup and removal of any personal décor, including centerpieces, florals, favors, place cards, signage, and other decorative items.

If you’d prefer for the 6Smith team to assist with setting up your décor, we’re happy to help! A $1,000 décor setup service fee applies.

DJs are permitted on the rooftop only. Due to the proximity of our event spaces to the main restaurant, live bands are not permitted in any 6Smith event space.

All entertainment, equipment, and setup plans must be reviewed and approved by the Events Manager in advance and included in the final Service Agreement.
